The statutory deadline in Spain for reclaiming withholding tax is four years following the Ordinary Share dividend payment date. So, the deadline of June 15, 2022, applies to the Ordinary Share dividend paid on June 15, 2018.

The local tax representative and reclaim agent (Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, SA or “BBVA’s”) deadline is one month prior to the statutory deadline, which makes it May 15, 2022.
