Update to Look-Up Feature

The look-up feature (“Check if documentation for the investor is already on-file”) for one-by-one submissions has been improved. Previously, it would only work if the Tax ID (or alternate government-issued ID) that you were searching for had been submitted for that specific Payment Period, even if documentation was already on-file. From now on, this feature has been expanded to include all of the Payment Periods and CUSIPs. If the Tax ID is on-file in our system, the rest of the details (Issuing Authority, Full Name, Account Number, Address, City, State/Province, and Postal Code) will populate with the details that were used during the initial submission. If any of the details are missing or have changed, you'll still have the opportunity to add/edit them before submission. We hope this update will save you time.
