Announcement Regarding Payment Date Deadlines

Going forward, Acupay will be stricter in enforcing the certification deadlines laid out in the important notices on payment dates. We will continue to do everything we can to assist participants with their tax relief efforts, but submissions must be made before the 9:45 AM ET deadline.

This is to ensure that all parties have enough time to complete their work, so that the payment can proceed without complications. We would strongly suggest that participants ensure that a member of their team with access to the Acupay System is present in the office on the morning of a payment in the event that any adjustments need to be made.

Short extensions of no more than half an hour might be considered on a case by case basis, and only under exceptional circumstances. Any participants that miss the deadline will need to seek relief via a long form reclaim.
